It could have been 30 Kung Fu fighters who delivered those 3 gifts. -- Then again, it could have been 3 wise men. - but the Bible simply says "Wise men from the East gave three gifts. -- So since they were wise, they probably chose to play Yahoo instead of physically fighting. I don't think so... can't be entirely sure... there were more than 3 wise men, there was 3 gifts and we assume 3 men...
