Keep doing what you have been doing.
Listen in class
Ask questions when you don't understand (others will have the same questions but be unwilling to ask)
Study
Discuss new knowledge with friends
Talk to your parents about issues and knowledge (you will be surprised at how much they can help)
Don't get stuck on one career. It is good that you have one in mind but this can change.
Don't be too distracted by the opposite sex or any other distractions - there is plenty of time for these things in later life (like in summer break).
Remember that God has said "If any [person] lacks wisdom let that person ask of God who gives bountifully without criticism". We all need wisdom.
Another point to remember is that the wisest man who lived wrote "the fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom" - although 'fear' means 'reverence' in this passage.
May God be with you all through "middle school".

Where I'm from public schooling isn't very well so in case you desire a well schooling you ought to attend to a individual one. But this quite is dependent, a few public faculties are very well and a few are very unhealthy, simply as a few individual faculties are very well and others very unhealthy.
