i wonder because mexicans consider themselves neutral. i want you to see these but is on spanish.

They are not currently a member state of any military alliance. They are a member state of the Organization of American States formed under the Rio Treaty. During the Second World War they were on the same side as the U.S. In fact, planes of the Mexican Air Force flew close air support missions over American troops during the liberation of the Philippines.

They're neutral in the sense that they don't belong to any big military blocks, but every country looks out for what it considers its own national interest first and foremost. Mexico is a country like all others in that respect!

Mexico belongs to several treaty organizations that the US dominates. It would be very difficult to imagine Mexico doing anything too opposed to US interests. They are quite aware of the history of US/Mexican interaction. Much more so than the average person in the US.

they are not neutral in the fact they think every government should follow thier rules and views

to the u.s. they are neutral, but are like, being watched. they aren't a military threat.
