I go to a school that is in the middle of no where, so there is no stores around (its twenty minutes away from my house) and they dont sell food there. It is mostly online, but when I do have to go usually it is for the whole day (from 8AM-4PM). So what kind of food or snacks should I bring? Stuff that doesnt need refrigeration or to be warmed up. Im kind of picky and honestly I cannot think of anything. Usually I just eat in the morning and as soon as I get home, but im always soo hungry when I am there. So any ideas?

sandwhich, bagel, fruit, salad, boiled eggs, granola bars, trail mix, chips, bottled water, cookies, carrot/celery sticks, corn, candy bars, jello, fruit cups, etc. you can actually bring anything you want, just put it in plastic containers and separate it from your book bag. i suggest buying one of those food carriers (they come in all sizes). and don't forget to bring plastic utensils so you can eat the salad and fruit from the container.

Snacks To Bring To School

Take fruit with you whatever kind you like, make sandwiches with whatever you like on it, perhaps peanut butter and jelly, or maybe a cheese sadwich, and you can take some tomato in a small container and put it on the cheese when you want to eat it, that way your bread won't be soggy. you can take snack bars, chips, take some water, or you can freeze your juice at night and take it from the freezer in the morning that way it will slowly defrost and it will be cold, you can take crackers. That's all I got for you.

- PB & J Sandwich
- Apple (fruit)
- Crackers
- Cookies

Oh and if there are any pizza places (places that deliver) you could get food that way!! Freezer packs are helpful when keeping foods cold!!

Hope that helps

I always take 100 calorie packs to school to snack on. Or little ziplock baggies with crackers that I like. I have a little boy in my class (I teach first grade) who brings a PBJ sandwich EVERY day to eat as a snack. Not for lunch...but as a snack. Its cute. Wander through the grocery store and find things that are not refridgerated that look good.

Goldfish Crackers, Pretzels, Granola Bars, YoGos, don't need heating up or refrigeration. They're all great snacks to eat.
