You can't anywhere with bad credit sorry. If someone told you it's possible they are lying to you or just don't know what the f- - - they are talking about. Borrow the money from someone who trusts you enough to believe you'll pay them back. 4% interest is reserved for people with triple A credit and even that's too high for them. Your looking at between 13 and 25.99% with bad credit it won't matter what the term is. Doesn't matter what banks you trust, the banks have to trust you and usually people with bad credit get there for one of two reasons, they never repay anyone for anything or they just got down on their luck. Since the prime rate is at 5.25% that is just not possible even with perfect credit, and no offense but doubt yours is
