Believe it or not,Wal-Mart has some really cool stuff at very reasonable prices.

LA is a big city I'm sure there's plenty of stores that have Back-to-School for Cheap prices.just look around.

Try going to the mall and look around there. Forver 21 has really cute clothes and has really good prices.
