Broiled Lemon & Garlic Tiger Prawns
1 1/2 pounds tiger prawns, peeled and deveined 1 cup butter
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven on broiler setting. With a sharp knife, remove tails from prawns, and butterfly them from the underside. Arrange prawns on broiler pan. In a small saucepan, melt butter with garlic and lemon juice. Pour
1/4 cup butter mixture in a small bowl, and brush onto prawns. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over shrimp.Place broiler pan on top rack, and broil prawns for 4 to 5 mins, or until done. Serve with remaining butter mixture for dipping.

Prawns with Vanilla Coconut Sauce
1 tablespoon butter
16 prawns (also called jumbo shrimp), peeled, deveined, tail on
1 vanilla bean, split
1/2 cup coconut milk
Salt and ground black pepper
In a medium saute pan, melt the butter. Add the prawns and vanilla bean and let them saute for 2 minutes. Add the coconut milk and let it thicken. When the prawns are completely cooked, season with the salt and pepper and serve.

First remove the heads, then peel & devein. Rinse well, then place in a large ziplock bag & marinate in spicy italian dressing & a few cloves of minced garlic for at least 1 hour. Drain, then thread on bamboo skewers. Grill over medium coals about 5 - 7 minutes each side, brushing with garlic butter - shrimp will turn opaque when done. Serve with garlic butter or spicy cocktail sauce for dipping........Mmmm!!

You could throw them whole on the BBQ, peel them and make skewer's with onion and capsicum and throw them on the BBQ. Marinate them, Make chili prawns, garlic prawns, curried prawns. Boil them peel the shell and make a prawn lettuce, tomato, thousand island sauce, and make a Delicious prawn and salad roll.
