I'm sorry, but Robby Gordon was robbed this past weekend in Montreal.. I was not particularly supportive of his agressive behavior after the yellow, but NASCAR flat missed the right call. Robby should have been aligned in second place for the restart. What a shame NASCAR cannot admit they missed the call. They have every right to penalize Robby based on his behavior as they have done, but they still should own up to making the WRONG call against him after the caution. Just admit it... It's OK... You're allowed to make mistakes. Everybody does.......!

Pretty sure Nascar just did,or as close as they will come to admitting fault. With that wimpy fine 35k and probation! Probation what a laugh,I'm glad to see Nascar didnt go off the charts with penalties for Robby and I believe because they didn't they are as close as they will get to saying we messed up too.

They won't and here is the reason why. The rulebook has a section basically saying they can change the rules whenever they need to. Robby is not right and he is not necessarily wrong because he is not right. No one is right here, not Marcus Ambrose, NASCAR, Gordon or Harvick. Did anyone notice the real victim here, Scott Pruett? Second R/C of the year and dude gets blown out by the eventual race winner. No wonder he hasn't showed up for any Cup races this year! The day NASCAR admits wrongdoing, I'll probably choke on a Spam sandwich!!!

Big fat heck no and if yall are right about the 35 k is as close as an apology as he will get why didnt nascar just say to heck with the money they blew this call and think they did it on purpose if they had the brillant idea of freezing the field when yellow comes out and do it for every other race why did they screw up this one they need to fire each and every one of those morons at nascar headquaters as i said before i dont like it when drivers take out other drivers but im glad robbie didnt let bozo win the race he deserved a penalty but not both so i say this if you stupid head hanchos at nascar are reading this get your heads out of your butts and grow the blank up and stick to your rules if you cant then quit us nascar fans are tired of this bullcrap

they gained't and appropriate it extremely is the rationalization why. The rulebook has a element easily declaring they are able to alter the guidelines every time they might. Robby isn't dazzling and he's not inevitably incorrect by means of actuality he's not dazzling. no person is efficient appropriate right here, no longer Marcus Ambrose, NASCAR, Gordon or Harvick. Did everyone be conscious the real sufferer appropriate right here, Scott Pruett? 2d R/C of the 300 and sixty 5 days and dude gets blown out by potential of making use of the eventual race winner. No ask your self he hasn't shown up for any Cup races this 3 hundred and sixty 5 days! The day NASCAR admits wrongdoing, i visit in all probability choke on a right away mail sandwich!!!

I watched the race and I agree that was f@@@ed up. Robby should have won and I agree with his taking a stand, but taking that stand also hurt him. NASCAR will probably never admit to making a mistake.

Not really .
The couse did not seem too good for foll body racing and in an area that is that tight then any thing can happen and did.Robby ould have been fine if he had followed the directive and not did a bump and run "pit" manuver.

They semi admitted it by not deducting points or suspending him for more races.

Nascar needs a head Judge at each race who can be called upon to make decisions instead of everyone just trying to cover themselves.

If you mean SAY it, in actual words? Ha-Ha, you're too funny. Can you wait til h3ll freezes over, or when pigs fly? Then maybe, but I doubt it. Robby's slap on the wrist is about as much as an admission as you will ever get. We all know what they did, and they know we know, but that's the extent of it.
