I wouldn't because God put an end to that practice when He sent Christ to save us.
So if someone tried to tell me that God wanted me to sacrifice my child, then they'd be either lying or committing blasphemy.
When God tested Abraham, He never truly intended to have him sacrifice Issac, it was a test of his love. God provided a lamb instead.
It was perhaps that act, that foreshadowed the sacrifice of Jesus. Christianity 101 tells us that Jesus is God in the flesh. Because He was without sin, He actually had a substitutional death. "Death" (the state not the guy in the black hood) could not keep Him because He had not sinned.
So rather than sacrifice all of man kind because of their sin, God instead took human form in Emanuel and offered a "lamb" in place of His children (us).
THAT my friend IS love.

We have no capacity to do so.
Abraham believed God could raised his son Isaac after the sacrifice.
Isaiah 6:8
Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.
It delighted the Father that His Son volunteered. That is the greatest Love of all, someone who offered himself to be beaten, spat at, visage more marred than any man, forsaken by friends... Isaiah 52-53
Since we have no capacity to save ourselves from the penalty of sin which is eternal death, where their worms dieth not and fire would never be quenched, God send the Son to die at the cross bearing the shame just to give us eternal life...

God didn't sacrifice his son. Jesus rose from the dead, and God knew he would not lose his son the whole time. In fact, in the death of his human body, Jesus was restored to his father, not lost to him.
However, human fathers have truly sacrificed their children over and over again. Sending your child off to war to protect your nation or community from those who would do it harm (sinners) is the ultimate sacrifice, and has been done by human fathers since time began.

If God asked me to then yes! Gods plan is ALWAYS best! God has asked before, not me though. He asked Abraham. It went like this, God asked Abraham to kill his son Isaac to prove his loyalty to God. Abraham did not understand how he could become a father of nations like God promised with his only son dead, but he trusted God to work everything out. When God saw how willing Abraham was to obey Him, even when it would cost him his only son, the Lord called it off and blessed Abraham for his loyalty.

I sure wouldn't do it if it wasn't going to work and, being all-knowing, knew it wasn't going to work. Unless of course I could bring the child back to life. But then what exactly would I have sacrificed?

Would you kill a child to force your beliefs onto others? No. Of course not. I'm not saved and I'll be doing pretty darn well.
