ok my mom bought me an xbox for my bday and i love it i do but
my heart aws set on a wii. and i know it makes me sound spoiled but my mom wants to return it.
But my question is will she be able to, cuz i've already played it a little bit and im wondering if walmart will refund us the money even though it was open and played with?

I'm pretty sure they'll take it back with the receipt, within 90 days of purchase.

Yes you can return it as long as it's still within 30 days from the purchase date. As long as you have the original box and everything that was there it shouldn't be a problem. That only goes for the system itself and all the things that came in the box. If you also got a separate game or two, then you can't return those, you can only exchange them for the same game on the same system.

Used merchandise is not accepted for return at WalMart (or any other place) unless it is defective in some fashion.
If you had your heart set on a wii, you should have said something before you started using your xBox.

As long as you have your receipt and are within your 30 days you should be good to go. Wal Mart will return just about anything.
