im not sure but I think also there are different rates for other areas in the same town like one property will have different taxes then the one two blocks away I think you can find out about property taxes by going to your city or towns municipal building usually were the mayors office is

i would suggest go to your county website and look for a link on depart ment of treasurer and assessors office. if your county have a parcel viewer so that you could retrieve your ain of the property then you could easily get your property tax information on the web. if not you could get your ain number on your porperty documents ( as such parcel details). if not just go to your county office and they'll help you out.
