No such organization !!! I checked Wikipedia and Yahoo search.

I would guess that it is a Christian Document made to scare people back to church .
I am an Atheist and NEVER had heard of that organization.

Y'all have leaders of the different FantasySects of religions.
Atheists don't have leaders cos we don't have a doctrine to sell cos we don't have leaders who need to be kept in a manner they've become accustomed to.
Also, we don't try to spin Bullsiht to the gullible with threats of eternal hell if they don't SUCK UP to the InvisibleSkyPixie.
