Are Canada, the US and Mexico going to become one country? If so, is it good or bad?

Here is a good website to read articles on the NAU. http://www.eagleforum.org/topics/NAU/ I can't imagine how some could think that this is just some "alarmist" point of view, when in fact, planning and implementing the beginning stages have already taken place, and will continue along, if we American citizens, do NOTHING to stop it. Canada doesn't want it either! http://video.google.com/videosearch?q=Canada+and+the+NAU

Yes the presidents of all three countries have put a plan together. They would like to see the NAU put in place by 2010. The reason being for the economy and for security. On those two things I can see that it would be a good idea because for one thing we could erase the borders and just focus on the shorelines. As far as the economy, trade will be more streamlined and the good news for Canadians and Mexicans they will get to pay taxes. I think they will never get it done by 2010 but many people are against it and I fear we will have a massive revolt in this country. We will probably hear more talk about it after the war in Iraq is over.

it's nothing but bad... it's part of the end... yeah, yeah, i know..."religious Jesus freak.."

when you ask people this question, some will say it's good for the economy.. others will say, it's just a conspiracy theory... let me put it to you like this, k?

the reason that so many people read "the end, Jesus is coming" into this, is because it was prophesied (sp?) that the ushering in of a one world government would be the beginning of the end... there's already and E.U... if there's an N.A.U, it makes it easier for the anit-christ to unite the unions, and make a one world government... which is EXACTLY what Revelations says will happen at the end...

and there are other events happening in the news today that look like prophesies coming true. the comet coming? it's supposed to be a flaming mountain the comes from the sky. global warming? it says in Revelations that the Lord will give the sun the power to scorch men three times its normal ability...

along with the N.A.U., comes an identification chip... you may not believe me, but at least take a look at this video... educate yourself.

Why do people always presume that the United States will be consumed by Mexico and Canada? Both our population and our economy are bigger than those of the other two countries combined--*we* would consume *them*.

Still...it will simply be another way for Big Business to relocate elsewhere for cheap labor. *shrug* One of the logical conclusions of pure capitalism--no national loyalty.

Oh, well...we will all adapt regardless of what happens.

It's a persistent alarmist rumor, but not. An economic alliance along the lines of the EU isn't unthinkable, though.

I know that someone's recently written a book outlining how and why it could happen, but I don't put a lot of credence in such things. 20 years ago, there was a very convincing-sounding alarmist book out about the inevitable forthcoming currency union between America and Japan and how that would build the foundation for a 'Pacific Rim' economic alliance.

Obviously, that never happened.

The only way that will happen is if one takes over.

The last time we invaded Mexico was 1916 and we couldn't find Pancho Villa, so we left (the Mexicans will say they kicked our butt).

The last time we invaded Canada was 1812 and we couldn't take anything valuable so we left (the Canadians will say they kicked our butt).

So why don't we have a three-way war (no nukes and Geneva Convention rules) to see who will rule North America?

It's bad! What do you think has caused mass illegal invasion from Mexico! Even countries that signed CAFTA want them both to go away. And thank god the NAFTA contract is up in January of 2009. Let's not have it renewed, and have the old one burned at the stake.

You all know who to contact.

i do believe in the next 50 to 75 years there will be formed a coalition of the 3 countries, almost like a board of directorship! we will share in the natural resources and profits, its the only way we can stay and keep competitive

No this is a Marxist alarmist joke mean to anger everyone against the U.S. You are just fanning the flames of outrage over a non-existent event. How cute.

Where is this rumor coming from? I have heard nothing about it.

Isn't Canada still a part of British rule somehow?
