Just a rough guess would be about $5000. However, this figure could be way off. If all depends on what you want, and where you want it. You can spend a lot of money on either one depending on the material used.

We just put a 12x12 wood deck in ourselves. The material alone was 1200 dollars. We did the building ourselves. Hope that helps a bit. Then add the cost of your door. The cost of labor in our area is about 20 dollars per hour.
