i really want to like the way i look but of corse i dont... i want to loose my lovwer belly but i dont have a huge push to excersise are there any easw workouts that i can do to target it and also my thighs??? help

Walking... it will help a lot if you do walk 30 min a day.

You can't spot reduce a big stomach by doing exercises, such as stomach crunches, this is a myth. Stomach exercises can only tone the muscle that sits under the layer of fat. You have to lose fat generally over you entire body through diet and exercise. Walking is the best beginners exercise.
