No, the FDA regulations make sure of this.

If you follow the recommendations on the vitamin and supplement containers then you will not take enough to even approach a toxic level. However, if you mega dose on vitamins and ignore the recommendations then you can cause yourself harm. For example if you take large doses of Vitamin C, Calcium and Salt then you increase the chances of getting kidney stones.

Another safety measure is that recent reports find that the human body can’t take in all the vitamins inside of a pill. It metabolizes the vitamins inside of normal food better than pills. This is why astronauts eat a somewhat normal meal instead of popping a handful of pills.

Read the instructions on the back of the bottle and follow them, and you will be safe.

mmmmm, well that depends. How much are you taking? Are you taking anything else besides the multi-vitamin? Like medications or other supplements? What are you eating throughout the day and how much of that are you consuming. Do you have any problems medically? However barring extream circumstances, you should be ok to take One Multi-Vitamin per day as it says on the bottle they come in. Normally bottled multi-vitamins will not have an effect on things. However they can if you have a medical condition that makes the body process vitamins and minerals differently. Or if your taking other supplements, like Ginseng or Calcium tabs or even Tums or other over the counter medications like asprine. All of which are made up of chemicals which are minerals and vitamins and such. Taking Tums and a multi-vitamin will put a lot of calcium into your system, of course drinking milk will increase that as well. So this question is not as simple as yes or no. If you have doubts, then ask a doctor about it. And remember if a doctor ask you are you taking any medications, always include multi-vitamins, any supplements and all over the counter medications you have taken in the last 30 days.

There are a few vitamins (zinc) that you shouldn't take daily because they can be bad for you, but besides that I think you can take any vitamin once of day and your body is able to dispose of the rest without an issue.
