Keep working on it. Try adding 5 extra minutes every 2 sessions. It will defiantly get easier. Along with that walk more often. Take stairs instead of elevators or walk around your neighborhood. Also stick to eating only 3 meals a day. and for a snack, eat fruit or veggies. Or blend some fruit together with milk and ice and splenda...freeze it...and it it like sherbert. Don't eat fried food. If you crave a unhealthy snack...only treat yourself with that once a week (but watch your portion). You're young so the weight will fall off. good luck

If swim aerobics is in your area go for it. I can't last more than 10 minutes in a standard aerobics class yet I can knock out a full 45 minute routine in the water--and you do work out, dear lord do you! I lost a good 30 pounds that way and kept it off easily. Went 3 days a week to lose weight, 2 to maintain.

Keep with it! Keep the things that you are doing in pilates shallenging, don't strain yourself by doing something that is too hard. If you keep going, you'll keep improving, and lose weight! Good luck!

If you don't want to do something that's hard, then you don't really want to lose weight. Some things are just hard. that's life.
