All puppies urinate a lot, so don't worry about that. Be concerned about the vomitting though since she is so young, as she could dehydrate quickly, try to encourage the drinking of water to prevent that. The fact that she does not get comfortable indicates she is in pain, so since she has vomited she probably has a belly ache. Is there a chance she has eaten or drunk something she shouldn't have? Also if you have changed the kind of food she usually has it will affect her stomach. It could also be the excitement and nerves at being in a new environment. But since she is so young don't hesitate in giving your vet a call if she continues to vomit and particularly if she has diarrhea too, as it could indicate a bigger problem and needs to be checked soon.

Uhoh. You really ought to read the post on here about the 4 month old puppy that just died today because they thought it would get better and it didnt. Think of your puppy like you would a human baby you might have. You would call the pediatrician, right? Call the vet or better yet just show up and they will help you. Do not just sit and wait this out. It s just a tiny baby and needs you to make these decisions.

Take her to the vet, I don't know whether the shelter you got her from gave you some kind of insurance coverage but in any case, she needs assistance ASAP because puppies are really prone to dehidration. Are you sure you didn't give her too many treats, it sounds like a case of hyperglicemia triggered also by the stress of a new home.

Contact the shelter where you got the puppy and ask.
Next call your vet and get an appointment soon. Anytime a puppy doesn't eat, something is wrong!
Was this puppy vaccinated before it left the shelter? If so the vet will want to know what vaccines it got. They will probably want a fecal sample too.

The only one who will be able to answer this question is a veterinarian. It could be so many different things. Take the puppy to a vet, have them run some tests, determine what the problem is and treat it. No one here is qualified enough, to be able to give you the proper answer.

she needs to see a vet, unlike adult dogs in shelters, puppies are immunised prior to being released, then usually put into isolation for up to 14 days before you can take them home, make sure she isnt reacting to the immunisations, she could have picked up anything... get her looked at asap would be my advise, animals deteriorate very rapidly, especially pups,if she has not had the incubation period she shouldnt be outside anyway, parvo stays in the soil for years

She needs to see a vet ASAP because this could be the puppy disease Parvo. I am sorry I don't have good news or good advice. The vet can tell you what you need to know.
Sorry and good luck.

Why would anybody on this forum have the slightest idea as to what could possible be wrong? Have you thought about getting a professional opinion, say from a vet?
