The rules of secrets and confidentiallity: It is ok to keep a secret as long as the secret does not threaten or hurt or kill somebody. This secret obviously breaks these rules. You have to tell!!!!!!!!!! Tell Tina, Tell the Police, Tell a teacher, Tell anybody you have to tell to keep this from happening to Bailee again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is no shame in being raped! It is not Bailee's fault!
