As for all those who say that all sin is forgivable...

Mat 12:31 "Therefore I say to you, any sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven people, but blasphemy against the Spirit shall not be forgiven.
Mat 12:32 "Whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man, it shall be forgiven him; but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit, it shall not be forgiven him, either in this age or in the age to come.

Some sins are unforgivable...

As far as what to do, I don't think that I can answer that question for you...

There is no sin with respect to which repentance is impossible,although absolution may be denied depending on circumstances.

The bible I believe in says that "All have sinned" and that Sin is forgiven.
God is loving and caring and he will forgive your sins, man doesnt always forgive us but god does
