Being pregnant again. I have cravings for yogurt. Sour cream tastes gross and never did like it much. Yogurt is very good when you plan on breast feeding the babies. Sour cream has good benefits but not so good on the hips and butt.

yogurt supplies your bowel with healthy bacteria..offers calcium and Vit D for your bones
sour cream offers calcium also
