I have never been able to smile showing my teeth because i had bad teeth and then i got braces, next year the braces are coming off and i want to learn how to smile, i have never done it right because of the embarrasment, thank you

Practise in front of a mirror.
Watch a lot of funny movies and you'll naturally laugh - a smile is a laugh frozen in time.
Funny movies to watch:
1) Rat Race
2) Anything with Mr. Bean
3) South Park the movie

1)train on the mirror untill you like your new smile
2)just try to practice it every when u can while you walking while you talking while you eating.....
