Nice question, but of course the passionate religionists are going to trot out the old one about it being "better to serve in Heaven, than to rule in Hell" ... whatever that means.
The one thing that I notice a lot... I don't know much about other religions, so I can only speak for christianity because here in America that's the denomination I have most interraction with.... there seems to be a fantastic preoccupation with self-hatred, self-denial, self-denigration, and self-punishment. Gee, what can I draw from all this? I guess there must be some kind of notion that the worse you can make your life in this world, the more suffering you can chalk up, the more miserable you can make yourself - or at least pretend to be - the better bit of prime real estate you'll have allocated to you when you finally arrive in your "heaven"!
Me? hehehe, as good as I live, I'll probably get the deeds to a cardboard box under some bridge on the heavenly outskirts somewhere. Maybe instead of wings I'll be issued some Nike's and told to hoof it LOLOL.
What's that? "the wealthy man can never enter the heavenly kingdom"? Oh, right. Well, that will hardly be a problem, since the moment we leave this world, all that gets left behind, so I shall exit this life with not one thing more than I came in with.

Do you know what Christianity is about? John 17.
Do you know what a christian depises, hate or count as bondage here on earth?
If someone hates the ways of the Father, why would they want to be called by his name?
Now you have come up with 613 laws (Perfect laws of God) What planet are you from and what books and people have you been speaking to. You have a foolish logic. And it is clear you know nothing about Christianity or the word of God.
John 14 tells the truth. Jesus spoke about a heaven not made by hands....God's love and glory shining bright as the sun. He has prepared a place for us.

You sure sound witty with your fancy words...Do you know Hebrew? Can you actually spell Yahweh Shammah in the Hebrew Language? Or do you just know a few fancy words and think you are special? You do realize that there will be no need for any of the Old Testament laws you are refering to in Heaven. I am sorry you can't let go of your religious pretenses enough to realize that. I guess you just want to be an "I got ya" guy.

I don't know about "613 laws", but you point is taken. What you don't understand is that sin will be completely removed from Christians such that in heaven we will naturally do what pleases God.
In fact that is the case to a lesser extent in this age. For it is written, "No one who is born of God will continue to sin, because God’s seed remains in him; he cannot go on sinning, because he has been born of God." 1John 3:9
And
"This is love for God: to obey his commands. And his commands are not burdensome, for everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith. Who is it that overcomes the world? Only he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God." 1John 5:3-5

You are talking about the days before Jesus. The Jewish people had 613 laws to abide by. Once Jesus came, he reformed the laws and gave us new ones. Read your bible.

David says in Psalms 'How I love your law'
what?
God has given his people His Spirit through whom we find the strength to obey His law, by which we love His law and love righteousness. It's an impossibly high standard, that's why we rely on God's spirit to walk uprightly and when we do fail, His forgiveness available through Christ's sacrifice for sin 2000 yrs ago.
Perhaps we don't want to live just any old way...and in His presence there will be no temptation or desire to sin.
We love God and desire to be with Him.

Maybe you live by the law but Jesus said I didn't have to worry about the law because the law leads to death.

You seem to be very angry. Is it in general or aimed at Christians in general?
