2. 2 Samuel, when Elijah helped the widow keep from selling her son into slavery.
3. Daniel chapter 5, where nebuchadnezzer's son saw a hand writing and only daniel could inpepret it.

I don't know anything about the July 23 and the bible
The writing on the wall is in Daniel Chapter 5
The reference to the woman and the cooking oil is in 1Kings I think around chapter 7 or 8.

Since the answers to 2 and 3 have already been posted, I won't try to confuse you with more answers.
To #1, since the Gregorian calendar was instituted well after the bible was canonized, you're going to have a VERY hard time finding that specific date in any version. And, since you don't give a year, trying to convert the date to the Hebrew calendar will be just as futile. If you can give a specific year, I will attempt to convert the date for you and look it up.
