Never. Robots don't have feelings , emotions, instincts. All those are key on the battlefield. It is safer to say that robots will support humans in war. War will never be robotic, humans will always be in the equation.

We use robots now, it'll never be robotic though. Robo-medics, Robo-convoys (sorry for the cheesy names) and little Robo-Recon guys are in action or will be in the near future. But Robots cannot replace a human. It'll be a hundred years until we can even get a fully working human-like robot to fight, our robots are extremely primitive as of now.

well since robots dont start wars...not yet anyway there will always have to be humans in the equation...nothing can be secured w/o ground forces...even if groundforces are robots who will maintain them?

Never cause wars aren't won by simply blowing things up. We are losing the Iraq war because hi-tech war technology was emphasized and not the strength of our infantry force.
