it depends on the texture of your hair. If you hair is curly, do no do razor because that would add to frizziness. It is better for straight hair, but you have to be careful that the person cutting your hair does not leave it like a mullet-looking haircut,.

layering it will make it seem thicker, so yes... just don't get the layers to short! um hmm for the color get yourself a halo or a backwards halo!!! backwards halo: bleach the back and (leave your bangs the color they are now) or dye em black or brown. regular halo: bleach your bangs and either dye the back black or brown...(or leave it the same) i think the backwards halo would look best... OOHHHH or better idea... bleach it ultra blond... and use the fade effect... do the tips of your bangs black then do the bottom of your hair black with pink streaks! i'll find a pic of what i am talking about!

Usually, that is too long for me. I consider it depends on the guy and also his face though. Certain guys may pull off long hair and other folks can't.
