All pilots can land on a 8000 ft runway. Only Navy/Marine Corps Aviators can land on a ship day or night and in any weather. Plus the Navy controls almost 70% of the Earth's surface, which enables them to operate almost wherever they want and whenever they want without getting permission from a host country.

Anyone who can land on carrier at night is pretty good.
In the Air Force there landing strip doesn't move and will be in the same place when they get back.
I have to give this one the Navy.

The air force - they have more trained pilots than other branches - and special aviation forces. the USAF takes top pilots from other Branches and commisions them into the Air Force.

The Navy won't be getting any F22's. Good luck taking on the world with F18's...
