so i was watching a show about usma and i noticed that some of the cadets had this red belt around their waist. i also noticed that these cadets seemed to have more control over things. what's the deal with the red belt? what does it mean and how do you get it?

If I am not mistaken the red belt is worn by upper class men (Seniors) and the are in leadership roles making the small units run smoothly on a daily basis

The read belt is used for the sword to hold.
