Dear Lionezz,

Avoiding stimulates like caffeine and nicotine helps. Reducing stress in your life as much as humanly possible helps too.

Vitamin B6, B12 and Folic Acid may be a deficiency in your blood. You can have a simple blood test taken from your doc that might reveal a lack of these. If so, this could very well be your problem.

Your body is trying to tell you something. Anger is that "something". Some people have lack of other vitamins and they get depressed. Etc...Doctors don't tell you this in hopes that you'll just take a synthetic pill. It does pay their bills, after all. Anyway, I would try a vitamin B complex and see if it helps. If this only helps somewhat, you may have another deficiency. Get the blood work done. The answers are always in the blood test.

Hi, a few of the things I would recommend are Meditation and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). You can get free information of EFT at the website below. Another thing that really helped me was reading a little book called The Four Agreements. When you learn how to stop allowing things that other people do affect you then I believe you may not feel so much anger.

Depends on if you are looking for prescription or natural pills.
The most popular natural things for general relaxation are Valerian, Chamomile, and Hops.... but some people actually wake up when they take these and are just very relaxed.

If you're looking more for sleep, there's Melatonin, L-Tryptophan, 5-HTP, Scullcap (an herb... it just sounds bad), L-Taurine, and Passionflower are all very popular to help people sleep naturally.

There are also some supplements that can help with stress and relaxation if you wanted natural help for that. There is St. John's Wart, SAMe, some B-Vitamins, GABA, Ashwagandha, and L-Theanine

This type of problem is most often a therapy issue rather than medication, which changes nothing, especially not your temperament. Diazepam (Vakium) is a disaterous suggestion it is both addictive and useless, fortunately 80% of doctors now realise this!

Oh yes. But you have to see a doctor and tell him/her EVERYTHING. There can't be any secrets. That way he'll know which medication is best for you. And it'll all be confidential. Good luck to you. In the meantime, drink chamomile tea. :)

Kalms are pretty good, but if you have a problem maybe you should see the doctor and then get some diazepam as that is pretty good too.
