for all tha' lot out theer that are yorkshire illiterate "barmpot" is a reference to an idiot or someone crazy. Also bob has several meanings
1. Bobbin' down shops: to go to the shops
2. Bob: monetary unit
3. Bob: to hit or punch someone
4. Bob: The individuals name
hope this clears up any problems.
By the way I'm from the best part of Yorkshire, Sheffield. Yorkshire born, Yorkshire Bred.

Yorkshire, you say? Well, I'm a long way from Great Britan, but I could understand all of that! Must be the fact that I'm an Aussie! I know you guys like to think of aussies as "british wannabes" (or so my mum says), but if I can understand what you're sayin' I'm up for a conversation!

I'm certain that this is somehow amuzing in Britain, however, for those of us that speak and read English, it's really a complete waste of time to even attempt to decipher.

Basically, too boring to be of interest.
