Does the price go up the longer you wait?

I reserved my ticket 18 days in advance. I bought tickets on the 1st. My flight leaves on the 18th.
If you reserve tickets around 6 months before depature you should get a good pricce (save around $400-$500) You should always reserve tickets as early as possible. You can reserve tickets 3 - 5 days before if there are avaible seats. I dont suggest it because prices go up a lot.
I would say reserve around 2 weeks before. Also let me suggest Lufthansa airlines. They have great prices.
Some tips before travel:
Double check hotel for reservfations
Make sure you know how your going to get to your hotel at the airport.
Double check lugage to make sure you pakced everything you needed.

Start shopping now and do it again about two weeks prior to departure. Watch for higher prices around Xmas & New Year. Buy it about two weeks prior. Happy trails
