yes, humans have hair everywhere except the palms of your hands and the bottom of your feet. And in some places this hair is darker, thicker or courser, some people have alot of hair on the top of the foot and toes.

YES it's normal...you would be surprised to know some of the places the human body grows hair...

yes, it's perfectly normal, hair can grow anywhere on the outside of our bodies except for the palms of our hands, soles of our feet, eyelids (except for the lash line obviously) and lips :)
