my speakers on my laptop are out of balance what can i do?

i accidently deleted the windows volume control and my speakers are out of balance and sound weird i cant hear the singers voice. What can i do !!!!! IT IS DRIVING ME MAD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
