Question to christians, jews and muslims.....?

Why is it, myself being from a different faith, I question the ethics of your "God" and your "holy words," you find it insulting, but I am not to be INSULTED by your judging, criticizing and degragations. For centuries your ancestors in faith injured, tortured, and killed MILLIONS of those who will not believe as you do while preaching a schizophrenic lifestyle ? When will all of you face up to the realities of your inferior God and faiths ?

To your last question there - never.

people will believe what they want to and you can't stop them. Trying to prove them wrong is a waste of your time and effort. instead of trying to prove others wrong, become deeper in faith with your own religion. You will find it is much more worthwhile.

The three main western religions take after the men who founded them.

Take the eldest, Judaism and the founder Moses. An estranged Egyptian prince, who saw the cruel life of a people and waged war against Pharaoh.

Then comes Christianity. The gospels seem to paint a calm facade of Jesus, read closely and we see he had a bit of a temper. Throwing merchants out of the sin agog, scolded his disciple if they were not quick on the up take.

Then Muslims who's founder was nearly choked to death by an impatient angle. The message there is clear: do whatever it takes!

But really it all come down to God: whether you call him Yahweh, Jehovah, or Allah. In the old testament he is wrathful and takes out his vengeance even upon his own people. Then in the New Testament we read horrific prophecies of yet a still unchanged vengeful Deity. The Koran is no exception to these horrible images of god,with it's vivid descriptions of hell and the means of "purification," don't be so surprised that the followers act as aggressive as they do.

You are mistaken in blaming God for the actions of people who have no idea how to worship him correctly & effectively. Don't assume that all fall into the same bucket. God is not and has never been unclear in his commands. How people have interpretted them to fit their own agendas is unfortunate. I only regret that you may be so tarnished by the misleadings of religion that you stop seeking to worship the true God which is what humans are made to do.

You are right,religion has mislead man kind to it's own ruin, they would rather have their man made doctrines to tickle their ears rather than to follow the doctrines of God. I wonder some times if they know what the word love is. The world empire of false religion is portrayed as Babylon the great and she is going to fall.

The American indigenous people said there was only one God. I think they are right. There is only one but most people from all faiths are are too bigotted to see it. The only inferior beings on earth are the human race and I pity you.

Well the christian faith has caused much death and suffering over the centuries. christians will do there best to convert you because many of them are brainwashed to do so.
