I'm not "so worried" about it. The reason I asked is because I don't think 4 years is a big difference, but when a guy is 21, he is at a different stage of life than a 25 year old woman. Women mature faster, and I was just curious what you all thought of this particular age difference. This is Yahoo! Answers, right? Harmless question...

There is nothing wrong with an age difference such as this. If the woman is truly happy then 4 years is insignificant. As long as both are "in love" then that is all that matters. I have married 2 older women and enjoyed the experiences, the marriages failed, but not because of our age difference. Enjoy the relationship and don't worry about other people's opinions.

Hello there
On lmy eft side, age really should not be an issue. However; it kind of favors women than men. Both parties could be robbed off their growing period anyway. I sit on a fence on this one. On the right side of the fence I think that such women rob your youth days or years away, because in some cases you re "kind of " forced to grow at someone else's rate and time. But then again "love or feelings" is something between two people. Women mature faster then men, but for men it takes a while. Most women at 25 are starting to think of their ideal partner for the future, the question is are you ready to walk through that path.

Well men hit there sexual peek around 18 and woman hit there sexual peek around the age of 26. 21 and 25 is not that big of a difference. I'm 24 and i would still rather date a woman a little older or the same age that knows what they want in life.

I say decide for it!! Why not? in case you adult men are interested in eachother, & you have relaxing mutually then there is no reason to not. i've got not got self assurance in all those relationship regulations, those have been seen years n' years in the past. it is 2009 everythings reliable. verify out Demi Moore, she's relationship ashton kutcher who's 15 years youthful than her & they have been mutually for like 3-4 years now. i'm hoping while i'm 31, 21 year old adult men hit on me =D reliable success & have relaxing

I think it sounds like a 25 year old woman dating a 21 year old man.

You're both legal in sex and drinking aspects, so why even bother asking? it would be good to ask if it was 35 and 21 or 45 and 21.

I say cheers to them both, it shouldn't be a problem.
Being around each other's friends might be a problem as not all of his friends may be at his maturity level, and some of hers might find him childish or annoying.

There's nothing wrong with that. It's only 4 years, not 40.
