Add a cup of cooked rice, some sauteed diced onions and celery, and top the whole thing with shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly, and serve with cornbread or corn muffins and a salad.

White Sloppy Joes

1. Place ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring to crumble, until evenly browned. Drain off excess grease. Everything you use it in will taste like sloppy joes.

I suggest freezing it for a fast meal on a day where you're pressed for time.

Or freeze in single serves--easy to grab one plus a bun for a hot lunch at work, or afterschool snack.

You could make taco soup, by adding beef broth(canned), bell peppers, onion, corn, some green chiles, chili powder,Mexican seasoning(Schilling's). This is my very first time at answering questions, so I don't know if I am supposed to just give the answer, or the recipe name. Hope I helped.

Baked Potatoes...use the b-b-q meat as stuffing for the potatoes and add extra toppings (sour cream, green onions, bacon bits, shredded cheese, etc.)

Use the left overs and add rice and other ingredients to make a "mush mix." That's what we call them and we enjoy them.
