time warner says it has speeds up to 12mbs but i did a speed test and it goes at 1.5m (download) and 456 (upload) shouldn it be running faster? if anybody has road runner plz try a speed test and see if u get the same results and plz tell me wat i can do to fix it. oh and sometimes when im using the internet it will just stop working for some reason the phone stops working too and 3 sec later everything will start working again

I'm using Verizons FIOS service and absoutely love it 30Mbps down and 5Mbps up. They beat RR's price and speeds!

Yes, you can probably have higher speeds if the cable to you will support that and if you are willing to pay for it. Business accounts are set up to operate at a greater bandwidth than individual accounts, for a price.
