Does anyone know any software in which is free or I can download of limewire in which I can create animations and/or cartoons like Yu-Gi-Oh, the Simpsons, Star Trek ect.
Please Help.

You can use this Monkeyjam to stream the images together. You have to draw each frame. If you want to have good quality I would recommend 30 frames per second. If you want an easier solution Google stop-motion animation and use clay to make your videos.
