Phil 2:12) -…work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

(Rom 2:5-6) - …the righteous judgment of God; Who will render to every man according to his deeds:

(James 2:14) - What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? Can faith save him?

(Mt 16:27) - For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then he shall reward every man according to his works.

(2 Cor. 5:10) - For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.

"Not every one that saith unto me 'Lord Lord' shall enter into the Kingdom of Heaven, but he that doeth the will of my father which is in Heaven."

The Baptists have a better idea. They have spontaneous salvation, you go in and kneel at the preacher's altar, and do the special incantation, and you are declared saved.

The beauty of it is, you can still sin.

The Baptists' idea is much better than Jesus'.

...it "absolutely" does... read Ephesians, chapter 2 vs 8&9
Your Scripture references are correct, however, read them in the full context... Jesus and Paul were teaching to those who were struggeling with their faith... Accepting the free gift of God as written in Eph 2 vs. 8&9 is the Promise of Salvation and eclipses the "cults" that demand that their followers try to find Salvation by works... which no man/woman can... (Works are fine... don't stop working but the gift of God for Salvation is FREE !!!!).... Pain in full by Jesus on The Corss.

So you're not asking a question, but rather, trying to prove a point? You're wrong. You twisted all those to your own hell-bound destruction.

The Bible says over and over, that salvation is a free gift. Free by grace, without any works at all.

The gift of salvation is free . Ephesians 2:8,9 . The works is the believers doing the will of God . witnessing , tithing , missions , pastoring , spreading his word . We will be rewarded for doing his will , if we become saved and sit on our hands he will take away our reward in heaven . Luke 19
