It means "you are crazy". I think your friend is joking.

Its strange that he has used the Egyptian pronouncement of the letter Geem which is normally said as Jeem with the exception of Egypt who say Geem. So it should be Inta Majnoon not Inta magnoon, anyway it means you're crazy!

It means 'your'e crazy'.
But like in syrian its not such a big deal or anything.
Oh and yeah Im sure of it I speak arabic perfectly.
