During the ten months that it was not located did you not claim on your insurance and receive a payout?

The car was not theirs they can not give it to anyone. It is stolen. I take it you have cclaimed on your insurance and they have paid out. If so it does not belong to you either so why are you claiming.

Where you not inssured if not you deserve everything you got .

Oh my god, poor you!! Who is the car registered to? Check with the dvla? I would say go to small claims court, also see a solicitor. I am pissed off for you, your blood must be boiling about this!
