Go to the hairdresser and have them wash and blowdry. A reasonable beauty salon shouldnt charge more than $20.

...GLAD you are back in action (outta hospital)...anyways what have you done to detangle it so far...I usually drench my hair with conditioner...like V05 or Suave b/c they are at the right watery consistency to help detangle hair...use a wide tooth comb and take little sections of hair at a time and detangle them...start from the ends of your hair and work your way up to the roots...don't start at the roots b/c you will break more hair off than you need to...after you do that...rinse the hair and put Infusium 23 on it to further detangle it...the Infusium is not only a leave in conditioner but it also is made for detangling...also I don't think it is a good idea to wash hair 1st b/c that can further tangle it...

Try to get (or have someone get it for you) a dteangler from the store that you can put in dry hair. Or if you can wash your hair use a great conditioner, then spray in some detangler. Some of the best I have used are kids detanglers

wash it, then work ur way from down to up. as in try combing ur ends n detangle them first, it;s easier n faster, then go higher n start combing n detangle, n then once thas done keep working ur way up higher on ur scalp. it'll take some time, but u have to be patient, unless u want to spend money n let a professional do it, which is really no different.good luck!

I had just had the most horrible time untangling my hair....
Try using Garnier Fructis Leave In Conditioning Cream Sleek and Shine...for Frizzy, Dry, or Unmanageable hair.
It's great because you can put it on wet or dry hair....Had my hair smooth in a matter of 5 min of finger combing it through.

After shampooing, put on loads of conditioner and comb it before rinsing. You can also by a detangler from a stylist or beauty supply shop.

yess get "just for me" hair detanger spray and use a detangling comb. You should find it in the ethnic hair section in a drugstore like CVS. This really works. My mom's hair gets like that sometimes and this worked great 4 her.

Put oil or conditioner on your hair and then start untangling them carefully with your fingers, that should help. apply oil or conditioner as much as necessary, add more in difficult places. Don't cut them
