You would really have to become the judge to answer this. Judge not lest ye be judged.

Bismillahi Rahmani Rahim - In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
It is true that a believing Muslim refrains from drinking alcoholic beverages in this life out of obedience to Allah. There is some good in alcohol - it is relaxing, can tasted good, and is a "social lubricant". But the evil outweighs the good, so we do not drink it.
Now, when a believer is admitted to Jannah, he or she will enjoy perfect food and perfect drink. What is described as "wine" in Jannah bears no resemblance to the wine of this world. The word wine is used simply because the things in Jannah "no eye has seen" so we lack and adequate vocabulary to describe it. The "wine" of Jannah will be a drink that is most delicious but that does NOT result in intoxication, lack of judgment, etc. The foods and drinks, and I daresay the people, of Jannah are purified and there is only good there.
Though on the face of it Jannah might seem to be a sensual place, bear in mind that it is a place of remebrance of Allah. The believers will be in rest and in joy and will engage in pursuits, and yes, sexual relations, but it will be in a purified way with no taint of regret, guilt, or other worldly ills. It is truly impossible to understand because our brains are currently shackled to this world so we cannot comprehend the beauty and purity of Jannah. I think that many overemphasize the rewards. Just rest assured that Allah will make Jannah perfect for you, so you really don't need to know anything about it. The best thing a believer can do is to try to live a good life in this world so that by Allah's Mercy they can be admitted into Jannah in the next life. And Allah knows best.
I pray that Allah guides you to that which is best in this world and the next Ameen.
Fi Aman Allah,
Nancy Umm Abdel Hamid

You are quite correct. According to Islam paradise is full of willing virgins and limitless wine. How else would they persuade people to go to die in battle! Mohammed used exactly this promise to get people to fight for him. The same promise made to today's suicide bombers.
According to Qu'ran 37:47 the wine in paradise is 'free from headiness' so people don't suffer from intoxication.
Strange that many muslims don't even know what their own book teaches.
Incidentally, although Islam apparently condemns homosexuality, for those that are not attracted to young female virgins, paradise also contains handsome young men, likened to 'scattered pearls' (Qur'an 52:24, 56:17, 76:19)

As I understand it, alcohol is not totally forbidden, but because it does more harm than good it is restricted.
Never the less, before casting a stone I thought maybe I should work on a few of these:
I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery;
you shall have no other gods before me.
You shall not make for yourself an idol, whether in the form of anything that is in heaven above, or that is on the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.
You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I the Lord your God am a jealous God, punishing children for the iniquity of parents, to the third and the fourth generation of those who reject me,
but showing steadfast love to the thousandth generation of those who love me and keep my commandments.
You shall not make wrongful use of the name of the Lord your God, for the Lord will not acquit anyone who misuses his name.
Remember the Sabbath day, and keep it holy.
For six days you shall labour and do all your work.
But the seventh day is a Sabbath to the Lord your God; you shall not do any work—you, your son or your daughter, your male or female slave, your livestock, or the alien resident in your towns.
For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that is in them, but rested the seventh day; therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and consecrated it.
Honour your father and your mother, so that your days may be long in the land that the Lord your God is giving you.
You shall not murder.
You shall not commit adultery.
You shall not steal.
You shall not bear false witness against your neighbour.
You shall not covet your neighbour’s house; you shall not covet your neighbour’s wife, or male or female slave, or ox, or donkey, or anything that belongs to your neighbour.

The wine of Paradise is not like the wine of this life. The wine in Paradise does not make you drunk and it doesn't taste like sh**

The greatest pleasure in heaven will be looking at God, that is beyond all this but because man is feeble these are mentioned to draw man to it.
The wine in heaven won't be like wine here it will only share its name but it will be like the wine Jesus (upon him peace) shared with his disciples.

As a Muslim, I can honestly say that I have never heard that wine was awaiting me in Paradise, only the reward that Allah gives to me.
