Have you ever heard the spooky story of the Pink Gorilla?

well, if you haven't here it is......

One, dark spooky night, a man named Joe was lost. He didn't want to sleep in his small, uncomfortable car. Then, he came to a huge mansion. One light was lit in a room, Joe knocked on the door. The door opened, and there stood an old man. Joe told the old man he was lost, and he needed shelter for at least one night.The old man welcomed Joe in his mansion and showed him his room. Joe fell fast asleep in his comfy bed. A little later Joe heard a knock on his door. "Come in." He said wearily. The old man opened the door and said, "I need to show you something never to do while you stay in my house. The old man led Joe down to the back yard. The old man wen to the wishing well and pushed it and a trap door apeared. They went inside and there was an iron door they just barley sqeezed through it.

Then they came to a glass door, and just barley squeezed through it. Then they came with a pink gorilla in it. "Never touch this pink gorilla." The man said.They both then went back through the two doors and back to bed. It was now 4:00 in the morning and Joe couldn't take it, he had to touch that gorilla! So he went to the back yard, moved the wishing well to the trap door and climbed down to the iron door and just barley squeezed through it, then came to the glass door, and just barley squeezed through it. He came to the cage with the pink gorilla, sleeping and touched it. It woke up, it went bananas! It started ripping the cages bars to shreds and Joe ran. He just barley squeezed through glass and iron doors. The gorilla came chasing after him, the gorilla broke the glass door and smashed through the iron door. Joe ran to his car, and locked himself in. The pink gorilla went on top of his car and broke the sun roof! It reached in....And guess what it said.....

Pink Gorilla Joke

One night when I was about 16 or 17 I was asleep in my room. I'm a very light sleeper so usually whenever anyone comes into my room I wake right up. On this particular night, I sensed someone come in, so I turned over to see who it was. A figure was standing over me, and although I couldn't make out any features, I had the feeling that it was a man, and I thought he was wearing either an overcoat or one of those old capes with a collar, and a fedora. He seemed to be sort of a misty gray color although he seemd to be solid. He was extremely menacing and stood sort of bent over, and although he didn't say anything or make a sound I knew that he intended to strangle me. Well I screamed as loud as I could and he disappeared. My famiily came running in and I told them what I had seen but they laughed it off. Fast forward now. My daughter is 9 years old and I live in the same house. One day, I'm reading a book and she walks up to me and says, "Mommy, who was that man standing by the door?" "What man" I say. "The one in that old hat", she responds. I questioned her further and she describes perfectly the man I had seen years ago, at least five years before she was even born. Since my life had become very busy, I had almost forgotten about that night and I certainly never told my children about it. She said that she had seen the man 2 times; once he was just sitting on the couch, and when she looked again he was gone. I told my sister about these events and she said it sounded familiar. She directed me to Art Bell's Coast to Coast web site and there I found that other people had seen this figure also, and had sent in drawings of their recollections of him: they called them shadow people. I found exactly the figure I had seen and my daughter independently ID'd the same picture I recognized. I never saw the figure again, and so far neither has my daughter.
