Any canned products will do - just be sure to take a couple of pots and a propane cooktop. Beans, chili, soup, sloppy joes, oatmeal, and/or pasta sauce (take some precooked pasta, freeze until ready to leave and store in cooler then throw in pot with sauce) will be sufficient. You can of course take hot dogs and grill them in open fire, make smores (graham crackers, marshmellow, and chocholate bars), or even deli meat to make sandwiches if you have enough room in your cooler. Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, trail mix, nuts, rice krispy bars, chips or cookies to snack on would also be great ideas.

I usually have to keep my food list simple and enjoyable as I hike and camp over long periods. So here is what I take and I can assure you, it is all really tasty! For breakfast - Porridge Oats Powdered Milk (it actually tastes beter than normal milk!!) Sugar/Dried fruit - what ever you like to mix in Lunch - Rivitia/Crisp Bread (surprisingly I have never had it break/mush up) Primula (flavoured cheese that comes in a squeezy tube) Chorizo - squeeze cheese onto rivita, top with slices of chorizo. Chorizo can be bought very cheaply in a variety of sizes and is very high in calories, perfect for keeping energy levels up over long walks/camps. Dinner Spaghetti pasta/rice (whichever you prefer, spaghetti is actually a bit of a space saver as it lays so flat) Primula cheese again! Chorizo again! Snacks - trail mix - most people find that they dont like certain parts of trail mix, so mix your own! Favourite nuts, dried fruit, coconut and M & Ms (dont use other chocolate as it is likely to melt!) The advantage of this lay out is that you only need a few things for all of your meals plus tea/coffe brewing. Oats Rivita Primula Chorizo Pasta Trail mix Powdered milk Optional - tea/coffee & sugar The breakfast and lunch are very tasty, I eat the breakfast every day at home and the lunch whenever I can!

Penny stocks are loosely categorized companies with share prices of below $5 and with market caps of under $200 million. They are sometimes referred to as "the slot machines of the equity market" because of the money involved. There may be a good place for penny stocks in the portfolio of an experienced, advanced investor, however, if you follow this guide you will learn the most efficient strategies https://tr.im/e3f14

First, the obvious--hot dogs and patties of hamburgers, but anything easy to grill is the key. Also, disposable heavy duty foil pans are great because you can warm things up and cook in them on the grill and then throw away. I take an old small alum. sauce pan to cook canned green beans and corn in it on top of the grill. I also take bone in pork chops which are great simply seasoned with McCormicks' Seasoned Salt. Grill just until done--a few minutes on each side--don't want them to dry out. Steaks are good too if you have budget for them. If you have time, pre-cook some baked potatoes at home in your microwave. Then you can wrap them in foil and cook on grill or in camp fire to warm up and crisp up the skin. Take basics like butter, salt and pepper, mayo, peanut butter and jelly, mustard and ketchup, bread or rolls, cheese and crackers, something sweet--bake some brownies or buy some cookies or premade Hostess cakes, packed puddings, or snack crackers like you get in vending machines that you can buy at Walmart or grocery stores, Lunchmeats and premade salads that you can keep in cooler are handy for lunches. You can buy some fried chicken and put it in a large zip lock bag and take for lunch or dinner. (And you could always re-warm it in some foil on top of a grill if you don't do cold fried chicken.) Oh--buy some fresh fruit and cut up and put into a large tupperware container or large zip lock bag and keep in your cooler--pineapple, melons, strawberries, grapes, etc... very refreshing right out of the cooler. Beverages, ice, paper plates, paper towels, silverware--if you plan to camp again, you might want to buy some outdoor plastic plates and tumblers--more durable than paper, but if you lose them or they get damaged or accidentally thrown away it's no big deal. Bagels and cream cheese with fruit are good for breakfast--no cooking involved. Preslice the bagels before you pack them so you don't have to use inadequate camping knives to try once there. Scrambling eggs isn't too difficult on the grill in one of those disposable foil pans--or if you bring a small frying pan it's even easier. That's easy clean up too.
