If you go MM, then definitely go ELT.
By the way, MM, EM, or ET is not really up to you. I honestly doubt that they even look at the choice that you write down. If they make you an MM (~50% chance), then you can put in for ELT school down the road.
ELTs have free reign of the plant during watch, and an air conditioned lab. All other's need to maintain a post.

Depends on what your interests are. MM is guarenteed for nucs, EM and ET are not.
Careful, if you don't complete the program, you can keep your rate for EM's and MM's, but not ET's. If you complete ET A school, but are dropped later, you lose your rate. The ET drops used become BMs.
I am a MM and I love the rate.

I was EM, I would go with EM or ET, there are less of them and they get slightly better accommodation's in Nuke school, (or at least did when I went through)

I was much more fond of the "deck rates", I was GMM, and IT. Good luck with your choice (don't forget to do your resaerch on advancement capabilities!)
