I have very good manners and I just found out that my entire family has good manners. I attended a wedding that included family from all over the USA. Watching them, I realized where I learned manners. It was a distinct privilege to see so many people with such good manners.

I've been raised to have good manners and I feel that I always use them. Even if I'm in a bad mood, when I go out, I use good manners. It's just common courtesy, I think.

I am also a Southern girl. Manners come at the Sunday table and with a switch.

I believe the majority do, but there are out there that makes you really wonder why they don't pull their head out from their behinds.
