Does anyone have a circuit diagram that will make a ir photo transistor act like a Ir receiver module in TVs?

The next webpage explains how the pulse-code-modulation works. Perhaps you could adapt parts of both ideas into a true remote receiver. Most remote IR receivers are self-contained ASICs with an IR module.
