Here is what I suggest to get you over the worst part of the withdrawals.

To help with the withdrawals take hot bathes with 2c. of dissolved Epsom salts and soak for 30 minutes. The skin is the biggest organ of elimination and this will help pull out the drugs. Use a loofa to clean the pores and this will help pull the drugs out even faster.

I recommend you drink purified water mixed with mineral water 50/50. This will replace the minerals that are exiting your body continuously.

I suggest that adults and children drink 40 ounces of water per 100 pounds of body weight every day and 2c. a day of fresh carrot juice, to flush the medicine out of your liver. Taking 500mg of calcium and magnesium twice a day will help you to relax.

Drink chamomile tea throughout the day and evening to help you stay relaxed.

Use a powdered fiber supplement twice daily to pull the drugs out of your intestines where they store.

Two of the questionnaires in this forum did follow this program to withdraw from drugs and it did help. I've enclosed a link where you can read their response to this program.

If you have any further questions please let me know,

Oh Laura, I'm sorry. I don't know if you have been taking your pills for addiction or pain but either way withdrawal isn't easy.
You aren't feeling well I'm sure, so you probably aren't gonna be that pleased with my answers, but I am only sharing this advice because I have been there. Since you are out of pills and you are already feeling the effect of withdrawal, why don't you just ride it out, I know it sucks but why prolong the pain any more. Get it over with. If you can have a friend or family member with you so that they can help you, so you can be as still as possible. Take some hot baths, wear your most comfortable Jammie's, drink hot tea, and lots of water. Chew ice chips when you are sweating, use heating pads on your leg and back muscles when they cramp. You Will Get Through it, and I gotta tell ya, the best "high" that I have ever had is when I woke up and realized it was over!!!! I didn't crave and I wasn't sick. I have never relapsed because anytime I would think of using I would look back on the detox and I never wanted to go through it again. I'm clean almost 8yrs now!!
Email me if you wish, or have any questions I will be happy to help anyway I can. No matter what you do Bless you and I hope you get everything you wish for.

For the most part, when you deal with withdrawal, you'll just have to tough it out, but there are some things that can help cleanse out the toxins and may help to minimize some of the effects of withdrawal...
Drinking water will help to detox, and taking some supplements that work as cleansers may help as well. Specifically, Apple Cider Vinegar, Green Tea (decaffeinated), Chlorophyll (fantastic cleanser), and even good amounts of fiber and water helps some people (although it's not very comfortable for the lower level of detoxification you get).

All that being said, it's likely that the symptoms should stop relatively shortly after your last pill (it's never as long as it feels like it is). Your neurotransmitters don't take too terribly long to scream for something they are addicted to after you stop.
Another important thing to note (if you get a chance to get more of them) is that no matter how bad it gets, taking more of the drug will only make the withdrawal last longer and will be harder on you in the long run.

yes, as a young HEROIN ADDICT, I was turned onto the fact that you can withdraw with immodium AD. Start out at about 22-25 a day and you should be able to function OK. You can then taper off the immodium until you are free. Immodium is a very light opiate, but just make sure you are getting lotsa fiber and water. You won't poop as much but you'll still need to clean out your system. Good Luck

The only suggestion I have is to go into a hospital or rehab center and tell them. Only time and staying away from people places and things that make you use will help.
