Any information that is on your credit report that is accurate can not legally be removed except by time.
In the case of bankruptcy it's 10-years from the discharge date for chapter 7 and 7-years for chapter 13.
Do not waste your time and money on the credit repair people they are scams.
Get yourself a copy of the 2007 consumer Action Handbook and find out how to rebuild your credit yourself.

Unfortunately you will not be able to remove a bankruptcy off your credit profile for 7 years (chapter 13), or 10 years (chapter 7). After that, it may drop off, but you might want to follow up with the credit bureaus at that time.

You have 2 options. Wait 7 years for it to fall off on its own, or go to one of those credit repair shops. The credit repair shop will start threatening the credit bureaus that there are false things on your credit report and that if it isn't fixed they will sue (and will charge you a bit for doing this). The credit bureaus will respond by completely wiping out your credit report ie removing everthing (including the bankruptcy) from it.
The bad news is that when pulling your credit report most people (almost everyone who pulls it) knows that a blank credit report means that your credit used to be terrible so you had it wiped off, and they won't even touch you. So, a blank credit report may be worse than a credit report with a bankruptcy on it (at least with the latter they know the extent of your financial problems). Anyhow, thats how you do it.

You can't. Your bankruptcy will remain on your credit report for 10 years.
Don't bother wasting money on those companies who claim to clear up credit. They can't do it.
